WOW. Our arms are sore and Bob caught his new personal best fish!

Category : Uncategorized

We absolutely wore them out!  These fish were caught using RSR glitter shad slabs and GIANT 6″ flutter spoons in 26 FOW. That’s an 8lb hybrid in the photo.   Head to the contact page and hit us up for a trip.  We have some openings.

Non stop action yesterday!

Category : Uncategorized

I had the pleasure of fishing with Brandon yesterday. He is an experienced fisherman and took to it right away.  The day started off steady with a few crappie and lead to a hybrid striper excursion after we decided to chase some larger fish.  Immediately we found a large school of fish on one of my favorite mid lake spots and caught several limits of 5-8 lb fish on 5-6″ gizzard shad we netted near the shoreline.  We weren’t keeping fish so all were returned to the water to catch again.

The fishing has been fantastic lately.

Now that June’s crazy winds have blown out of town we have got on a pretty steady pattern of fishing.  During mid morning and late evening we are finding acres and acres of white bass schooling in open water on the main lake.  Just about anyone can have a blast doing this, and the fishing can be non stop for hours at a time.   We have had a few trips lately where we caught over a hundred fish.  With the summer pattern here, most of our larger fish are being caught on live bait early in the mornings and giant 6″ flutter spoons in the afternoon and evenings.  Call or text today to get in on this action while the kids are out of school.
